A Food Sense Book Circle

Translating Expert Guidance Into Your Unique NEXT STEPS

You know a lot about nutrition. So why does lasting change still feel so difficult?

If you’ve struggled with food and weight for years, you may have gathered plenty of information—and tried hard to put it into practice. Yet knowing what to eat doesn’t always make it easy to nourish yourself consistently.

You deserve a space where your experience is respected, your struggles are met with kindness, and your next steps reflect your own life.

Join me for a free, facilitated book circle exploring Food Sense: What to Eat and Why by Stanford nutrition scientist Dr. Christopher Gardner. We’ll use the book’s guidance as a starting point for compassionate conversation about making meaningful, sustainable changes.
